Vallahi Hortladı, milattan önce 2600 yıllarında yaşamış bin yılda bir hortlayan Nam-Sis adında bir kralın karısını ve kendisini sonsuza dek dünyada yaşatabilmek için 14 tane özgür ruha ihtiyacı olmasını konu ediniyor. Bu 14 kişi de filmimizin kahramanları olacaktır. Onlar da Nam-Sis’ten kurtulabilmek için Nuri Hoca’dan yardım isterler. Nuri Hoca 15 yıldır her şeye tövbe etmiş ve insanlara şifa dağıtan bir hocadır. Ekibimiz ve Nuri Hoca birlikte Nam-Sisi tekrar mezarına göndermeye çalışırlar.
