Kariyer filmi İstanbul dan Malatya ya gelen ve başına gelmeyen kalmayan, bir karakteri anlatıyor , içerisinde bolca mizahın olduğu, izleyiciyi eğlendirecek, güldürecek ve bir o kadar da düşündürecek bir mizah. Başrollerini Dost Elver, Sevil Uyar, Kayra Şenocak, Umut Oğuz, Aziz Özuysal, Deniz Gönen Türkcan ve Özkan Çınarlı'nın paylaştığı filmin yönetmenliğini ve senaristliğini Suat Ay üstleniyor.
