Film, 90'ların başında Ankara'da bir hapishanede bulunan ve etrafındakilerin umudu haline gelen bir mahkumu konu ediniyor. Yunus Emre'den esinlenerek kendisini Yunus adıyla tanıtan Uğur Kurt, cezaevindeki birçok insanın hayatını değiştirecektir.
