Küçük bir kızın yılbaşı hayaline odaklanan filmde, Mariah karakterini ünlü şarkıcı ''Mariah Carey'' seslendiriyor üstelik sürpriz şarkılarla.. Mariah, noelde bir köpeğe sahip olmak isteyen küçük bir kızdır. Bu hayali pet shop dükkanında gördüğü yavru bir köpekle daha da körüklenir. Ancak öncesinde Mariah'nın, bu sorumluluğu üstlenebileceğini, ailesine göstermesi gerekmektedir.
