Batman Grodd'u durdurmak isterken müttefikleri ve bütün Arkham suçluları ile yanlışlıkla feodal japonya dönemine giderler. Fakat Batman herkesten 2 yıl sonra Japonya'ya gitmiştir. Bütün suçlular Japonya'yı ele geçirmiş, en güçlüleri Joker olmuştur. Robinler, Alfred, Catwoman Batman'in gelişiyle Joker'i durdurmak için mücadeleye başlarlar.
